Best place to get something to eat in Evanston Wyoming after 2:00AM? Salt Lake City or Rock Springs.

If your trucking through Wyoming and think of getting a bite to eat after 2:00AM, forget about Evanston. First the only two places open are McDonalds off the Front Street Exit, and a Mexican place across the street. Of course if your really hungry you can opt to go in the Wal-Mart there and buy something, but if your looking for a good sit down all night diner in Evanston, its just not here anymore. Once there was at least the Flying J off the Harrison Street exit here, but that's now just a Subway sandwhich store, and not much for a bisquits and gravy, breakfast. That's about to change , but its in the distance about 5 years from now. So the warning, no food in Evanston after 2:00AM.
